We guarantee to ship healthy plants, correctly labeled, true to name and disease free. All our plants are state inspected. Plant performance and description will conform within recognized tolerances to catalog and/or American Hemerocallis Society registered cultivar descriptions, though some variance of color and performance in differing soils, zones, and cultural environments is to be expected.

SUBSTITUTIONS 

We always comply with your written instructions regarding substitutions. We substitute only when necessary and when no written instructions to the contrary have been given. The substitute value is always equal to or greater than the item ordered. We reserve the right to substitute on “Special Collections.”

BONUS PLANTS 

Every retail nursery stock order of $75.00 or more receives a bonus. Our bonus plants may be additional plants from those ordered, or another plant of our choice.
